Key Responsibilities:-
As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you will play a central role in the execution of clinical trials and ensure seamless coordination across various stakeholders.
Your core duties will include:
Managing day-to-day clinical trial activities at the study site.
Ensuring strict compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and Indian regulatory guidelines.
Handling patient recruitment, informed consent, and follow-up visits.
Preparing and maintaining accurate source documentation and Case Report Form (CRF) entries.
Coordinating between investigators, sponsors, and monitors to ensure smooth trial progress.
Supporting monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
Maintaining all essential study documents, including Investigator Site Files (ISF) and accountability logs.
Training and mentoring new CRCs on clinical and ethical best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:-
To qualify for the Clinical Research Coordinator position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Graduates in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related Students.
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical trial coordination or site management.
Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, Indian regulatory frameworks, and ethical research conduct.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
